Clean Eating Easy Tuna Melt

Mmmmm warm melty tuna mellllt
This is a quick and easy lunch to make. I just discovered Ezekiel Bread in the grocery store freezer section which is a clean, flourless bread and let me just tell you, it has taken clean eating to a new level. I actually like it better than any other breads. So here's my quick tuna melt

Prep Time: 2 minutes (open the can, cut a slice of onion, cut a slice of tomato...)
Cook Time: 2 minutes
Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna ($1.00)
  • 1 slice of Ezekiel Bread (the whole loaf is $5.00)
  • 1 slice of onion
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • A sprinkle of mozzarella cheese
Put it all on top of the bread and let it cook in the toaster oven (or real oven) for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melty. Sprinkle some pepper on top.

YEAH YALL, CLEAN BREAD.
