It's...Love seeing all these yoga posts in here! It's so great for running, seriously. Every vinyasa instructor does a "creative vinyasa flow" because that's the basis of vinyasa flow yoga - there's no preset poses, or things you "have" to do. It's up the the instructor! Bikrim and Ashtanga yoga is pre-set in a series of poses, so there's no flexibility to the class. Those will all be the same.
