New plan:
- 80% paleo, 20% not (for me this breaks down to a cheat day)
- Exercise 5x week
- Yoga 2x week
- Get back to running!
- Stop eating everything in sight!
- Booze limited to 2 nights/week (summer why do you make this so hard!)
- Weigh in and measuring every Friday (not sharing my weight or measurements, because I am a firm believer in comparison being the thief of all joy, but I will be posting progress.)
- Food prep Sundays (seriously this time. SERIOUSLY)
Food I'm excited to try:
BREAKFAST FOR DINNER
HI!!!! |
YES! |
ALL OF THESE |
Anyone have good resources? New recipes? New plans? Delicious desserts that are healthy? Tips for passing up booze in the summer? ):
Does your no-booze rule also apply to weekends?? Goodness, I hope not. I agree it's much harder to say no during teh summer- it seems like it's everywhere and at every social gathering! Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorite go-to's! Good luck with your goals!
ReplyDeleteOooh looking forward to your spaghetti squash pad thai!
ReplyDeleteOMG OMG OMG SHE'S HUMAN OMG. ;)
ReplyDeleteGood for you to get back on a plan. I do the same thing. I have a great plan of what do eat, exercise, good habits, etc. and then something sets me off and I go wild. Time for me to get back on track too. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteThe booze is effing killing me right now... summer is pretty much impossible for me every year!
ReplyDeleteGosh I need to get it together myself. Im a hot mess over here!
ReplyDeleteI feel ya! Married in March and workouts immediately took a steepppp drop off. Oops!
ReplyDeleteI am doing the same thing. I've been having a great time partying with friends, with family and by myself. Gained too much weight and am out of control. Cant stop eating! Haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks! Yikes.. anyway I've always seen it spelled portobello
