I've been following Shauna @ Penny Chic for years- her posts are all about putting together nice outfits from Wal-Mart/Target/cheap places, and NOW she has her own Wal-Mart line! Her blog has lots of different ways to wear the dresses so basically 1 dress = 3 outfits. Genius! And affordable!

One of my favorite work skirts came from there years ago (like hello 2006) and I still have it today and it is still in good shape! These dresses are totally cute! Thanks for sharing!
