Clean Snacking: Ezekiel Toast with Avocado Sauce, Hummus and Tomatoes

So if you haven't discovered Ezekiel Bread yet, get on it. It's in the freezer aisle of the grocery store- no preservatives, no flour, made with all natural grains and stuff and I actually think it's better than regular bread. So this is a little Sunday snack I had while I was prepping food for the week. Isn't it pretty?

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 1 minute (if you count toasting the bread?)
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of natural hummus
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Few dashes of pepper
  • 2 scoops Avocado sauce
  • 2 slices of tomato
Toast the Ezekiel Bread. Spread the hummus on the toast, sprinkle lemon juice evenly on the hummus. Add the tomato slices, and top with avocado sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the top. Enjoy the mushy yummy snack!
