Wednesday Workout {Blogilates HIIT}

It's one of those ugly dreary days where motivating myself to work out succkksssss. No excuses here though- I have a race coming up and I WILL beat my time from the Rock and Roll half last March! I did Blogilates' That Power POP HIIT 3 followed by a 20 minute interval run (doing what she instructs on the eliptical but running)
