90 Day Clean Eating Meal Plans with Recipes and Pricing

What better time to get started on Clean Eating than now? Here is a meal plan for the first 90 days of clean eating with links to the recipes, shopping lists AND pricing! All the dirty work is done, what's your excuse?

*Note: This is a 1 person meal plan--just double/triple/quad the recipes if you want to make it work for the whole family

P.S: I only included Monday-Friday because Saturday is cheat day and Sunday is leftovers day (trust me, you'll have plenty of leftovers and because these recipes lack preservatives they don't stay fresh as long).

PS Do you have a general shopping list you use weekly? I haven't found one but I am probably not looking in the right places!

    1. Thank you Dianna, I hope this helps! For groceries I plan out what I'm going to eat for the week on Sundays and buy groceries according to that, and always buy snacks (fruit, veggies, nuts, cottage cheese, greek yogurt).   4. Ive been following Month 1 for 5 days! Ive had great success but am finding Im still hungry. Hope Im following this correctly! Im so glad I found the blog! I love it!

    1. Thank you for the kind words! When I started out I felt like I went to bed hungry for the first week or 2, I had to find the right snacks (almonds, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, fruit, veggies). Good luck!!

  5. I would really like to try this clean eating diet, but find that a lot of the recipes take long to cook/prepare. I am work Full time, have a toddler and am going to school. I need things that are quick, or even can be prepped in the crock pot.

  7. Is the grocery list just for one month or for all the months combined?

    Also, When I tried to print out the steak and salad, and strip steak and veggies, there was no recipe to click on....help!

  36. I just completed the first week. I LOVED it. My husband not so much. He hates vegetable. Eventually he will adapt. I have wanted to cut out processed foods for a while now. I just started a 90 day workout program the SAME DAY I came across your blog with 90 days worth of clean eating food that was affordable and also somewhat kid friendly with a few alterations here and there. What I hate most is having to cook dinner for the hubs and I, and then cook ANOTHER dinner for the kids because we are eating something weird. :) Thanks for the inspiration!   40. Going to go shopping tomorrow. Getting the staples and meat for all month, then fresh items for 2 weeks. All the recipes are things I like so I am so excited to get to eat them! I will save money from not eating out, and be so much healthier. My diet is the thing keeping me from loosing weight. I workout 5 days a week, and now it's time to focus on diet.
    I have been looking for clean eating meal plans, and most are super un-affordable. This shopping trip with be pricier only because of purchasing all the ground turkey, but it will be cheaper in the long run as the meals will last me multiple sittings.

    Thanks for your hard work on this. It helps those of us starting out immensely. Also, I am moving the pumpkin ravioli WAY up to this week. I love pumpkin everything!

  41. So, the meal plans are for one person? in the recipes it states that the recipes make several portions and that you and the BF eat it together. Just trying to figure out if I need to double recipes for me and the Fiance....OH, and I'm assuming portion sizes are only 1 slice, burger, taco, etc right?

  42. There will be no phases like the South Beach or Atkins diets. There will be no sacrifices as there are with the Ornish or Zone diets. There are no charts, or tables, or strict rules. Would you, or anyone, follow such a strict regime? I doubt it.
