I know how hard it is to plan meals for the week, especially when you're trying to fit in exercise and all that other healthy living stuff, so I made a Clean Eating Weekly Meal Planner to help out! Each day of the week has a B, L, D and S(2) for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 2 snacks. Next to each day is a checklist for the main food groups of clean eating which, honestly, I don't hit each one each day so hey we do what we can.
What do you think? Is the meal planner helpful? This is pretty much what I do every Sunday, then on Sunday night prep as much of the food for the week as possible.
