Those are my(real life) friends Julie and Steven!!! Featured on WeddingChicks!! Yall they had such a beautiful wedding, I was at the famous wedding and it was so wonderful and personal and pretty and they did it themselves so it made me so happppyy! Also Julie runs a super creative design company called Jules Graphic Design and she designed all the things at their wedding, and these things are what were showcased, so do you even have to ask who is designing ALL the things for my wedding? Check out her website!
Ok so anyway onto other things that make you feel good: yoga! Crazy yoga! Again another Youtube suggested channel that I am now obsessed with: Ali Kamenova.
This first video I tried was called Interval Yoga Intermediate Calorie Burn for Weight Loss HIIT. I mean I'm pretty sure it's just every most-searched fitness video word on youtube put into one title but it worked because really any time something says "calorie burn" and "weight loss" and looks at all challenging I watch. I know, what a sucker! But it was great.
I realized I am by no means an intermediate yogi so this was majorly challenging for me and I had to take a break after I fell on my face. But whatever, it's a challenge and it was a little easier the next time I tried and it's a workout and maybe someday I'll be like whoa look how much I've improved, now I can wrap my leg behind my back to touch my ear! I really like the constant intervals and fast pace, it kept me really interested the whole hour, and was physically really tough.
I've been trying her other videos and they move pretty fast so it's hard to get bored.
So tell me, what are your favorite youtube yoga instructors?

wow you go girl! i literally just did my very first yoga video last night so i am way way beginner. i used to do bikram yoga like 5 years ago once a month or less so i pretty much have zero experience. just the title of that video makes me scared haha
ReplyDeleteI want to like yoga...I have tried inside, outside, hot...all kinds. It's just not my thing even though I want it to be!!
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool for your friend! Can she design my wedding!? :) also for a second I thought that was you on the yoga video, and I was all "yah she has yoga videos, woot woot" but I'm still going to watch them and try it out even though it's not you. Every week I tell myself this will be the week I'll be a better yogi....

I am so ready to get back into yoga, totally need it, so I am definitely going to check this out. I tried a few other HIIT videos you posted a while back and they are perfect for when I can't make it to the gym, or am to lazy to go...ha! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHow fun for your friends!! I'm off to check out their feature!! I am not a yogi and I just can't do it...can't find my center and zen moments lol

ReplyDeleteThat's so fun that bloglovin featured a post about your friends. I randomly saw my friends wedding on pinterest once... pinned by a random blogging friend (basically a completely different universe).
FYI - Not sure how much control you have over these sorts of things, but there is a chitika floating add that is taking up a quarter of your page (at least on my end it is). Just thought I would let you know in case it is happening to other people too.
