Wednesday Workout: #30DayBodyBurnout + Getting Back on Track!

Wednesday, August 6, 2014

Yesterday I mentioned my struggle to get back on track after this year's wedding/binge drinking circuit I've been on. I've mentioned Millionaire Hoy before, and since I've been totally slacking on the exercise front somehow I'm not tired of him yet. He pumps out new videos daily so that definitely helps, and his newest challenge is #30DayBodyBurnout. This may be just what I need to get out of my slump. I'm done with Day 1 AND Day 2 (2 straight days = better track record than I've been on the rest of the summer) and I'm loving it- who's in!?

I'm also trying to get on board with Kateri Von Steel's abs and squat challenge starting today. I know it generally takes 21 days to build a habit, so here's to 3 weeks from today being so glad I completed #30DayBodyBurnout with Millionaire Hoy!

And a little motivation for those of us trying to get back on track after a wild summer:

  19. Thanks so much for all your support, Lindsay! Sorry for the late response, but I've been super busy getting these workouts out and keeping each one unique and fun. I've actually decided to extend this series into a full 90 day workout program. 30 minutes for 30 days, then 45 minutes the second month, and 60 minutes per day for level 3. I really appreciate the shout-out. Thanks. - Millionaire Hoy
