Weekend Workout Wisdom from Andi

Don't forget to stretch

Do some yoga or pilates

 Mix it up a little- do some exploring like hiking or running trails- if you get bored with your workouts, workouts get...well..boring. And harder to do. 

Enjoy some healthy snacks

And take a reallllllyyyy good nap (after H Street Festival of course)
