Wednesday Workout {Mr. Shut Up and Train Day 10}

Today is one of my favorite Mr. Shut Up and Train workouts: The Total Body Boxing Blast. I did both parts of this workout and was hurrrrttingggg, but it feels good to complete it! Try it out!
