Look I love my friends, and I love going to their weddings, and I love when they have weddings in Jamaica. Do you know what I don't love about this? The fact that the wedding is exactly two weeks after my 2 months-long-Food-and-Booze-Binge-Season, also known as the holidays. So, I'm super pumped about a week long vacation to Jamaica but not super excited about jiggling all over the beach, my thighs flapping in the wind as I stomp across the sand. So these next two weeks are no joke- strictly eating clean, no booze (ok ok LOL we all know that's not happening but cutting back maybe?) and daily exercising. Today's workout: 2 HIIT videos followed by an arm workout. Let's GO!
