Week 2 Clean Eating Meal Plan and Grocery List



Breakfast:
Egg White Breakfast Casserole
Filling Fruit Smoothie
Ice Coffee

Lunch:
Clean Eating Taco Salad
Leftover Italian Quinoa Bake

Snacks:
Fat-Free Greek Yogurt with Fresh Fruit
Nuts with Dried Fruit Trail Mix (found it at Rite Aid- 1 lb for $4.49!!)
Popcorn
Cashews (Rite Aid has a killer sale on cashews this week! so you know I stocked up for the month)

Supper:
Monday: Italian Quinoa Bake with steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Tuesday: Tuna Melts with sweet potato chips
Wednesday: Steak with Cucumber, Tomato and arugula Salad 
Thursday: Taco Night!! (Lettuce Wrap Edition). We used Fat-Free Greek Yogurt as sour cream substitution and served with avocado sauce  home made pice de gallo, and sauteed bell peppers with onions
Friday: Leftover Schmorgishborg

Shopping List:
  • Dozen Eggs
  • Frozen Fruit of your choice (my go-tos are strawberries and blueberries)
  • Bananas
  • Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
  • Almond Milk
  • Quinoa
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 can black beans
  • 4 avocados
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 Sweet potato 
  • Italian seasoning/fresh herbs of your choice
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Lettuce of your choice (I always pick arugula and spinach)
  • 1 loaf of Ezekiel Bread (found in the freezer aisle) 
  • Frozen veggies to serve as sides
  • Mozzarella Cheese
