Week 3 Clean Eating Meal Plan, Grocery List and Recipes

As I'm getting used to creative clean eating thinking, our meals are getting waaaay better. Here's week 3 of our clean eating adventure.
Note: we had a fail meal that was either not BF approved or not approved by me which is not posted. So don't worry about cooking something that sucks, because if it sucks it doesn't show up here. You're welcome.

Breakfast:
Southwest Scramble
Filling Fruit Smoothies
Sunday Brunch

Lunch:
Clean Eating Taco Salad with Avocado Sauce
Super Easy Tuna Salad
Clean Eating Fruity Summery Salad
Leftover Black Bean Burgers

Supper:
Monday: Black Bean Zucchini Quinoa Burgers
Tuesday: QUICK Clean Eating Steak with Sauteed Onions and Salad
Wednesday: CLEAN EATING PIZZA
Thursday: Leftover Black Bean Zucchini Quinoa Burgers
Friday: Clean Eating Rosemary Crusted Tilapia

Snacks:
Fat Free Greek Yogurt with Fresh fruit
Cottage Cheese
Almonds

Shopping List:

  • Dozen Eggs
  • Frozen fruit (whichever fruits you want for your smoothie- I use 1 bag frozen strawberries, bananas, mixed berries)
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 2 Avocados
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 bag of Arugula
  • 1 can tuna
  • apples and grapes
  • 2 large onions (we buy whatever is on sale. usually yellow)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 thing of quinoa (if you don't already have it, my jars last 6 weeks)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Cottage Cheese
  • almonds
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
  • 2 Steaks (whatever cuts you can find)
  • Make sure you have
  • Make sure you have: garlic salt, sea salt, black pepper, garlic bulb, fruits you like to snack on, balsamic vinegar
